Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote in today's school budget referendum. We appreciate the community's participation and support throughout this process.
The proposed 2026-2027 school budget was approved by voters.

With voter approval, the budget is now officially adopted for the 2026-2027 school year. This allows us to move forward with planning and preparations for the upcoming school year while continuing to focus on providing high-quality educational opportunities for every student.
On behalf of the MSAD 58 School Board and staff, thank you to everyone who participated in the process. We appreciate the thoughtful conversations, questions, and feedback we received throughout this year's budget development. Community engagement is an important part of ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our students while being responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars.
We look forward to another successful school year and thank our communities for their continued support of MSAD 58.

The Anxious Generation Book Discussion- LOCATION CHANGE
Due to expected rain and, therefore, limited space, the book discussion scheduled from 5:30-7:30 on Friday, May 29, 2026 has been moved to Day Mountain Regional Middle School at 110 North Main Street, Strong, Maine 04983. We will still offer appetizers ordered from Bear Belly's. Thank you for understanding.

MSAD 58 Annual Budget Hearing and Vote Tonight - MTA, 7pm
The week of May 4-8, 2026 is Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week! Please consider supporting the DMRMS PTO and administration in honoring our hard working staff ( teachers, ed techs, custodians, bus drivers, librarian, kitchen and office staff) with an email of gratitude, card, small gift, or contribution to the daily lunches. (meal schedule attached)
